Before your first visit

Two minutes of preparation makes any appointment better: know your branch, arrive with clean skin or hair as the service asks, and bring reference photos for anything involving colour or a look. Everything else, products, timings, aftercare, your artist or therapist will walk you through in the chair.

Yes. Families and wedding parties book together regularly, and we schedule artists in parallel so everyone is ready on time.

Yes. Name them when you book and we will confirm their availability for your date, or suggest the closest match in the same tier.
On-location is available for bridal bookings, planned around your venue and timings. Salon services otherwise take place at our four branches.
